Good News and a Bad Day

I have been offered more hours at work during the week. My official job title will be: ‘Residential Care Coordinator’. This involves organising food & menus, all medical appoinments and medication, and generally keeping the house in good order- keeping in touch with the builders and keeping all of our appliances in good working order. I will also be in charge of getting all the residents through the process of claiming their benefits since they cannot work while they are in the programme. We also encourage them to get Housing Benefit, to cover the cost of accomodation while in the House.

Yesterday Mom and Sam left. I woke up to take them to the airport and felt quite sick. Within about 10 minutes I had been sick. I decided to stay home and let Evan take them to the aiport, because my tummy still did not feel well. I then spent the next 3 hours either sitting on the toilet or leaning over it. I could not keep any fluid down, even just a sip of water. I finally went back to bed at 8:45am and Evan got home a few minutes later. I slept all day long…litterally. If I tried to get up, it made me sick. All I could do was sip on water or sprite all day. I got up at 9pm and watched Grand Designs and then went back to bed until 8:45 this morning. I feel a LOT better, though not much energy and I have lost about 6lbs.
