Easter Musical

For the last 6 months or so, I have been the volunteer Sunday School coordinator at our church.  Mostly this involves me making sure there is someone to teach each week for the 3 classes that we offer; ordering materials; and generally being the person people can complain to and make any decisions that need to be made.

Well, in January I decided to shake things up a bit and organise a musical for the children to perform.  I don’t think that I realised quite what this would entail.  I ordered the materials, and they took much longer to get here than I thought.  This Sunday will be the first week we begin to learn songs, and we have 6 weeks to be ready for our Palm Sunday performance.  So, keep me in mind over the next few weeks as I try to get all the children, ranging from 4 to 12 year olds ready to sing and act in front of the church!  It should be fun!  If you want to check out the musical we are doing, you can find it here: http://www.onewaystreet.com/ShowView/product/1074/41

I will let you know how we get on!

  1. That’s awesome. I’d love to see it.

Too bad you’re not in it, too :)
